Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or place entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained for the time needed to answer it and maintain the related correspondence. It stays within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server automatically receives basic technical details about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to help measure traffic patterns, popular pages, and navigation. Analytics providers combine that activity into broader usage reports. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how some features work.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Baker County Criminal History does not maintain, assemble, or sell a personal criminal-record database. It identifies official access routes at the Baker County Sheriff's Office, Clerk, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. Visitor information is not made into a consumer report or a file about another person. This resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies govern information entered there, and each partner sets its own retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query because this policy does not control partner processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Baker County offices, Florida agencies, court portals, legal-aid resources, and outside tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's policy applies. Check it before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to measure activity across sites and tailor ads. We do not operate that cross-site tracking.

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site

This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Notice of such collection will be reviewed so the information can be removed.

Florida's Public Records Law, chapter 119, governs records held by government agencies, while section 943.053 governs dissemination of criminal-justice information. Neither law turns this private resource into a government custodian. Subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection rules, you may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
